Though the election happened several months ago, and exit polls showed that graduate employees overwhelmingly voted in favor of unionizing, the University of Pennsylvania is still stalling and using the courts to slow the graduate employees march to democracy and respect in the work place. University of Pennsylvania President, Judith Rodin, announced she'll be resigning in June 2004.

We're hoping she decides to leave a legacy of support for democracy and labor rights by agreeing to drop the appeal and count our votes - feel free to send her a note if you feel the same.
